RizurBox Container units, Shelters, Block-boxes provide strong shelters for equipment like telecom systems, diesel generators, and pumps. They handle all types of weather, from freezing Arctic cold to hot desert heat, without losing performance. They block dust, rain, and theft to keep your equipment safe. These units move easily and operate on their own power, so you can place them wherever you need. Each unit comes in several sizes, allowing you to match it exactly to your project. These shelters meet strict fire and explosion safety standards, which gives you a safe and dependable solution in any location.
The strong metal frame uses beams, pipes, or C-shaped channels, and we reinforce the frame at high-load points for extra strength. The walls and roof use insulated sandwich panels to form a solid, sealed structure. In steel block-boxes (RizurBox-M-BLOK), we use 1.2 mm metal sheets with mineral wool inside the panels. In fiberglass block-boxes (RizurBox-C-BLOK), we combine polyester resin, glass fiber, and layers of foam for insulation. We also insulate the floor using mineral wool to reduce heat loss. At the corners, we install special cover strips that seal all gaps tightly. These durable materials help the unit maintain stable temperatures inside, even when outdoor temperatures range between –60 °C and +60 °C.
We install doors, windows, and service openings exactly where you request them. The double-glazed windows give you clear visibility while adding extra insulation. Inside the unit, we include mounting parts to help you install your equipment quickly and easily. You can lift the entire unit using a crane or a mechanical manipulator.
In RizurBox Container units, Shelters, Block-boxes, you can also add custom options like sunshades, platforms, cable trays, or protective roof extensions. For more safety, we can install fire alarms, extinguishing systems, and anti-theft devices.
