You can use them in all industries where heating and protection are needed. The series includes many size options, so you can choose the one that fits your setup best. These enclosures protect network devices, flow meters, pressure sensors, level meters, and many other instruments.
You can install these enclosures in both explosion-hazardous and general-use areas. They help your equipment stay at the right temperature for proper operation. The outer shell features glass-reinforced plastic combined with fire-safe polyester resin. Between the inner and outer layers, a thick layer of rigid polyurethane foam adds strong thermal insulation. Manufacturers use only fire-resistant materials and provide a certified fire safety guarantee for every unit.
RizurBox-C-U units handle air temperatures ranging from –60 °C to +70 °C. Inside, they keep the temperature stable between –40 °C and +50 °C. By default, the enclosures offer IP54 ingress protection, while IP65 and IP66 are also available upon request.
With a thermal conductivity of just 0.03 W/(m·K), they provide great insulation. All fittings, like locks and hinges, use stainless steel to prevent rust. These enclosures come in RAL 7035 light gray, and you can request other colors too.
