Metal enclosures RizurBox-M-RV (vertical opening) is a strong, insulated metal enclosure that opens vertically. It shields instruments from cold, moisture, rain, dust, and chemicals. Moreover, it stops physical damage, blocks unauthorized access, and deters theft. In addition, it meets GOST 14254‑96 for IP54 by default and offers IP65 or IP66 on request. You can use it outdoors and in unheated spaces. Also, it works well in moderate and frigid climates. Furthermore, it carries explosion‑hazard certifications for zones V‑1a and V‑1d per PUE rules. Each unit is made to match your exact needs.
The enclosure uses a welded steel shell. Outside walls measure 1.2–2.0 mm thick. Inside panels are 1.0–1.5 mm thick. Between them lies 10–50 mm of high‑performance insulation. This material has a thermal conductivity of just 0.03 W/(m·K). Moreover, its powder‑polymer coating resists corrosion and wear. Also, galvanized or stainless steel locks and hinges add strength. Finally, the antistatic surface below 10⁹ Ω prevents static build‑up. As a result, it delivers over ten years of reliable service.
This enclosure runs from –60 °C to +70 °C. For harsh sites, you can get –70 °C to +100 °C. When you add heaters, it keeps inside temps at –40 °C to +100 °C. Explosion‑proof markings vary by heater type: Ex e mb IIC or Ex d IIC, II Gb X.
