RIZUR Soft enclosure for flange connections are designed to meet security and efficiency requirements within industrial piping systems. They are designed to protect flange joints against severe environmental conditions like adverse temperatures, chemical corrosives, and high-pressure media. Encapsulating and providing a protecting seal, they close spills and leaks and protect humans and machinery.

Built as a multi-layered “sandwich” structure, the enclosures are externally coated, insulated, and lined internally. Apart from heat protection, the design minimizes energy loss to as low as 95%. The materials are antistatic and flame-retardant, thus long-lasting and safe under harsh conditions. The enclosures can also be made to fit a range of sizes and types of flanges and offer an off-the-shelf solution for most applications.

It is easy to install and service with freeze-proof Velcro fasteners. Equipment installation and removal do not impair operation. The enclosures may also include heat elements, like self-regulating or resistive heating cable, to deliver maximum temperature and avoid icing. This is especially worthwhile when handling cold climates or temperature-sensitive media processing.​
