The Relay sensor RIZUR-DRU-1PM is a floating relay sensor intended for accurate liquid level measurement in industrial processes. It successfully regulates the water, diesel fuel, aviation oil, and other compatible liquid levels with dynamic viscosity up to 2.4 Pa•s and density of not less than 0.8 g/cm³. The sensor is made from corrosion-proof steel 12Х18Н10Т and rubber and can operate in conditions where monitored liquids are not aggressive to these materials.

The sensor works on a simple principle: the float mechanism reacts to liquid level variations. As the level of liquid varies, the buoyancy force pushes or pulls the float, which is translated to a microswitch within the housing. The movement activates the relay with a dry contact output signal appropriate for use with numerous signaling and control devices. The construction provides precise and reliable performance, making it suitable for automation systems that need to precisely control liquid levels.
